Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top.
