Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground meat over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until the vegetables are soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
