- 12 cherry peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the cherry peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each cherry pepper with the cheese mixture until nicely filled.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, swap cream cheese for Greek yogurt. Can add chopped spinach or cooked sausage to the filling for variety.
