- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat in a large bowl and season it with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the seasoned meat for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the browned meat to your slow cooker and add the beef broth, heavy cream, and minced garlic.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- When the beef is tender, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Shred the beef using two forks and return it to the slow cooker, then stir in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Let it meld for about 15-20 more minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
