Instructions
- Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla together in a mixing bowl until smooth and glossy.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt just until combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and nuts or cranberries, if using.
- Spread batter into a parchment-lined 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–28 minutes, until edges are golden and center is just set. Cool completely, then slice into 16 bars.
