- 2 cups pretzel crumbs

- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up your breading station: Put the flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, and pretzel crumbs in a third.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the eggs, then coat it with pretzel crumbs.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the chicken with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
