Delicious and easy-to-make garlic herb stuffed mushrooms, perfect for appetizers or gatherings.

- 1 pound white mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms using a damp cloth or paper towel and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped mushroom stems and 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped chives, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Spoon the flavorful filling into the mushroom caps generously.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These stuffed mushrooms are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
