A crowd-pleasing antipasto cream cheese log that’s easy to whip up and perfect for holiday gatherings. Versatile and engaging for the whole family!
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup salami, chopped (substitute with turkey or beef slices, or mushrooms for a vegetarian version)
- 1/4 cup olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as basil or parsley), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped nuts or additional herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, salami, olives, and herbs. Mix until well blended.
- Taste your mixture and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Lay out a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Scoop the cream cheese mixture onto the wrap.
- Shape the mixture into a log using the wrap to help. Roll it tightly.
- Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure the log and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, unwrap the log and place it on a serving platter.
- If you’re feeling fancy, garnish with chopped nuts or extra herbs and serve with crackers or sliced bread.
Notes
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Prepare a day or two ahead of time for convenience.
