- 4–5 medium carrots (for the trunk)
- 1 large cucumber
- 2–3 bell peppers (assorted colors)
- 2–3 stalks of celery
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of hummus or ranch dip
Instructions
- Arrange the Vegetables: On a large platter, start arranging your vegetables to form the shape of a Christmas tree.
- Use Carrots for the Trunk: Place 3-4 carrot sticks at the base vertically to represent the tree trunk.
- Create Layers: Layer broccoli florets as the first tier of your tree. Then, add sliced bell peppers in star shapes, overlapping them for a full look.
- Add Ornaments: Dot cherry tomatoes throughout the tree to act as colorful ornaments.
- Serve with Dip: Place a small bowl of hummus or ranch dip at the base for easy access.
