- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts directly in the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before eating, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover to let it melt.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Pairs well with rice, mashed potatoes, or wraps. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat by adding a splash of chicken broth if needed.
