- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts and baby potatoes.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
