- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar; mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes; allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add in ¾ cup sugar while mixing until combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the chopped Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
For a festive touch, garnish with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
