- 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders, trimmed and ready to use
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt (or mayo) with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Coat each chicken tender generously with the yogurt mixture, then roll in crushed crackers or breadcrumbs.
- Place coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving alongside veggies or salad.
