- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, grated carrot, and minced garlic, sauté until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned; season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in tomato paste and crushed tomatoes, bringing to a gentle simmer. Cook uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente; drain.
- Serve spaghetti topped with Bolognese sauce or mix together in the skillet. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.
