- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pretzels, chopped
- 1 cup M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed butter mixture, stirring well.
- Gently fold in the oats, chopped pretzels, and M&M’s until evenly mixed.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheets for a few minutes, then transfer them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze them by placing parchment paper between layers in a freezer-safe bag.
