- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
