- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao (or blue raspberry syrup for a non-alcoholic option)
- 1/2 cup Sanding Sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over low to medium heat until steaming, but do not let it boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Add in blue curaçao (or blue raspberry syrup) and mix until fully blended.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
- Use a small scoop or spoon to form balls of the ganache.
- Roll each ball in sanding sugar to coat.
- Refrigerate the truffles to set completely before serving.
