- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add seasoned chicken to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour in chicken broth and apple cider vinegar; stir gently. Let simmer for 5–7 minutes until chicken cooks through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftover chicken in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of chicken broth.
