Delicious and easy-to-make stuffed shells perfect for the Christmas season, filled with cheese and topped with marinara sauce.
Ingredients

- 20 large pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread some marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, then lay the stuffed shells on top.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells, then cover the dish with foil.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze them for up to three months.
