- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 cup bread crumbs (whole wheat or gluten-free)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef (or turkey), bread crumbs, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties and place them in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, then pour it over the patties.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
