  • ¼ cup chicken broth

Instructions

Prepare the Stuffing:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté shallots for 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add breadcrumbs, almonds, dried fruit, parsley, and herbs. Toast for 1–2 minutes.

  • Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and butterfly them by slicing horizontally, leaving a ¼-inch intact on one side.
  • Open the chicken like a book to create a pocket.

3️⃣ Stuff the Chicken:

  • Press the edges together and secure with toothpicks.
