  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  • Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, cooked sausage, cheese, sour cream, eggs, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until just combined.
  • Fill Muffin Tin: Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool & Serve: Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm or store for later.
