- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat and let cool.
- Mix wet ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cheddar cheese soup, and milk.
- Combine dry ingredients – In another bowl, mix Bisquick, shredded cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix batter – Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Add the cooked sausage and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Fill muffin cups about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
