A creamy, cozy mocktail that embodies the flavors of fall, made with chilled coffee and pumpkin spice creamer.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) chilled cold brew coffee or strong brewed coffee
  • 2 oz (60 ml) pumpkin spice creamer (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) milk or half & half
  • 1 tsp pumpkin purée (optional, for richness)
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Garnish: sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon stick (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small pitcher or shaker, combine pumpkin spice creamer, milk, pumpkin purée, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir or whisk until smooth.
  2. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour in the chilled coffee.
  3. Slowly pour the pumpkin mixture over the coffee. Watch it swirl, then stir gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle extra pumpkin spice on top and add a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Notes

Store pumpkin creamer up to 5 days in a sealed jar. For a crowd, multiply ingredients and serve from a pitcher over ice.
