  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup or salami

For Topping:

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 10×14-inch rectangle.

2️⃣ Add the Filling:

  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough (optional).
  • Sprinkle cheese, meats, and vegetables evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Season with Italian herbs and garlic powder.

3️⃣ Roll and Seal:

  • Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges by pinching them.
